- By commissioning me, you agree to the terms below.
- These terms apply to all commission types (illustration, graphic design, etc.).
- I may update these terms at any time.

🌷 PRICING & PAYMENT
- Prices vary by complexity — see the [Comms - Malaysian] or [Comms - International] for details.
- Malaysians: TNG / Online Banking (MYR)
- International: Ko-fi (by PayPal, USD only) — I’ll send an invoice after confirming your order; please don’t send payment directly.
- Full payment is required upfront; final art is sent after full payment.
- For commercial or large projects, a contract and e-invoice will be issued via email.
- Rush fees may apply.

🍑 TURNAROUND & REVISIONS
- Usual wait time: 1–2 weeks.
- Includes 2 minor revisions per piece.
- Major/extra edits (especially after final) may incur extra charges.
- No edits after final delivery unless otherwise agreed.

🌷 USAGE & COPYRIGHT
- I retain copyright and may use the artwork for my portfolio or posts (unless requested otherwise).
- For personal use only. No reselling, NFTs, AI training, or signature removal.
- Commercial projects (e.g. branding, merch) require a signed contract and may include additional fees.

🍑 REFUNDS & CANCELLATION
- No refunds once work has started.
- You’ll receive a full refund if I need to cancel — don’t worry!
